155lb deadlifts, 20lb waiter carries. pullups no band!
23:30 min
4 rounds in 25:44 using 205 lbs for the deadlift. Used 30lbs for the first round of waiter carries but did not "feel the burn". Switched to 35lbs for the remaining rounds and felt the burn!
