About 5 minuets faster than when I did this last May. All that caest to bar kyle made us start doing paid off! I think one of my lungs exploded though.
5:01 as Rxd. Although it takes some time to start watch then go, and to check your time after passing out. So who gives me a sub 5 time? Meh, i tried

TGU practice at 55lbs. And the WOD was 6:17 chest to bar and chest to floor, felt like crap after though ,cut off almost four min since the last time.
