Worked on barbell snatch form with 95lbs.

8 rounds of WOD in 20 minutes. Pleased with L-Pullup form until last round when I sacrificed form for glory as the clock wound down.
Also pleased with hair to floor on 6 rounds of my HSPU. Progress at last.

Snatch - 135 lbs. I could probably go higher but I was working on form.

8 rds RX. HSPU felt better than ever.
