Worked on barbell snatch form with 95lbs.8 rounds of WOD in 20 minutes. Pleased with L-Pullup form until last round when I sacrificed form for glory as the clock wound down.Also pleased with hair to floor on 6 rounds of my HSPU. Progress at last.
8 rounds of WOD in 20 minutes; backup to wall for HSPU (1/2 to flow); pullups - jump hang and pull

Snatch - 135 lbs. I could probably go higher but I was working on form.8 rds RX. HSPU felt better than ever.
