-Gymnstics Warmup and Deadlift Technique

"Death by Tabata"

-20 sec on/10 sec off of alternating rounds of Deadlifts and Burpees.
-Your score is counted by the total number of reps in 16 sets.
-8 alternating sets of deadlifts and burpees.
-Entire wod takes 8 minutes total.

130 Reps with 225 lbs on deadlift!

I was dropping the weight on the last rep, so they shouldn't count. But I didn't remember that until I was done so I'm counting them anyway because today, I'm special Greg.
