Felt terrible today! Lowest rep count with 225 lbs was 6 reps. Started at 12-15 reps. Felt worse than heavier weight at lower rep count. Great start to the week though. KB
Deadlifts at 185lbs: 7 reps down to 4 lowest
KTE 8 rounds: 8 reps down to 3 lowest
Single leg deadlifts are a blast!
Started off pretty good with 12 reps @ 125, then quickly dwindled to a max of 4.
KTE 8 rounds lowest rep of 5.
