1st workout from qualifier at GSX last year...

3 Rounds for time:
155 lb Clean and Jerk 10 reps
500m R0w

Post time to comments

-Use either a squat clean or a thruster. A full squat must be present.
-400m Run will take place on the track (7 laps) if there is no room for the row.

Scaling will be offered as always!

3 rounds in 14:56 using 105lbs. Did Thrusters and ran on the track. Great WOD.

Had to modify since I can't press overhead for a week...shoulder injury.

19:21 with 155lbs. a whole lot better than the last time I did that at the games. WOWY WOOWY!!!!!!

Great workout, I felt good. I guess next time I have to try 155; not particularly lookin forward to that.
