-400m Run will take place on the track (7 laps) if there is no room for the row.

3 rounds in 14:56 using 105lbs. Did Thrusters and ran on the track. Great WOD.
Had to modify since I can't press overhead for a week...shoulder injury.

19:21 with 155lbs. a whole lot better than the last time I did that at the games. WOWY WOOWY!!!!!!

Great workout, I felt good. I guess next time I have to try 155; not particularly lookin forward to that.

17:24(ish) with 105 lbs. Ran instead of rowed.
21:24 with 155 lbs. Had to wait on row machine for all three rounds.
