42:27 as prescribed. Strict form on L-Pullups. Running was the hardest part today. Ready for a rest day! KB

Aqua Session, 4 rounds completed in 30 minutes of:
2 lap swim
30 KB swing
2 lap swim
20 SDHP

Used a 1 pood KB for the swings and SHDP.

40:30 or so, everything as rx. was pretty terrible after last two days

40:10 First CF workout of the year. Felt great to be back after bout with food poisoning..no fun at all!
