Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps

135lbs. for 5 rounds....no room on the racks, had to clean and jerk it to squat!

4 rounds completed. Used 145lbs on 1st round but form was very poor so switched to 135lbs for rest of the WOD.

Evening - 165lbs. for 4 rounds
