Crazy fun from the main site...

Meet at the top of the hill for...
Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups (or 3 Ring Pullups/3 Dips X 10)
10 Forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards

Thats a lot of weight, but if you look close he gives it a tiny knee dip...

33:xx. with modified 1 leg squats and handstand walk. Had to sub 3 pullups / 3 pushups for last 8 muscle ups.
