10 Deadlifts (225 lbs)
15 Pullups

(Advanced participants use heavier weight and go for 30 min)

7 rounds in 20 min with 225 lbs. First day doing regular weight on deadlifts after the injury. Back feels pretty tight...still getting there. Great job today everyone! I will be gone this weekend and Ashley will be the ringleader. Have a great time tomorrow everyone! KB

7 rds with 1455 for two and 135 for the rest. barely finished the seven, last pullup was two seconds beyond time. fun stuff.

5 rounds with 185lbs. First day back to deadlifts after being sick for a while, so it was pretty tough. Awesome WOD though and i look forward to teaching everyone tomorrow, get ready for the pain!!!!!!!!!!!
