19:21 chest to bar on all pullups. Felt awful...it's been a tough week. KB

26:40 Chest to bar for the most part. I let a few slide, all chest height though.

I agree with all you guys pretty beat up so far this week.

30:18 or 31:18 but had to revert to the blue band halfway through. also did modified push ups.
