I wimped out with 75lbs. I could have done 95lbs, but would have taken a lot longer. I think I finished in 14 minutes and some change and then ran a mile in 8:05.

But I only did one rope climd after my 15's, so I did 4 rope climbs at the end of the workout, so my time is probably not as accurate.
