20:27 I think, dips were tough form sucked, pullups no big deal.
Nice to have Tigress as the dj.

31 minutes and some change for the pullups and dips. I really need to get on those muscle ups 'cause KB was finished in less than six minutes.

5:37 on the rings. Almost a minute slower than my best...still happy about the time though. Been a while since I've done this one.
