1-Mile Uphill Run
25 Burpees each rest

Post incline, speed, and burpees to comments

(speed and incline on treadmill must remain constant. Touching the handles or posting feet earns you burpees.)

Weighted Pushups: 25-45-55-60-65. Only managed chest to floor up to 45lbs.

1 mile run: 8%, 7.5mph, 25 Burpees.

45-70-90(only 8)-90(only 7)-45

9:36 I think. I rested between 1/2 miles and did 25 burpees after.

7:27 ROW 1 mile or 1600 meters. 25burpees just for fun! Great workout everyone!
