7:40 with 185 lbs. Finally my back is feeling better. Was very careful with form and happy with time. Great job everyone!

10:30 @ 95lbs and 100 singles on the rope

I got 19 minutes and some change doing 155lbs and single jumps (100 each time). Sorry folks, it does suck to come in last.
