75lb pull up 10:26. I liked this one!
10:30 @ 95lbs and 100 singles on the rope
12:54 w/ 135lbs with 100 single jumps in replace of 20 double unders. Good job 11:30
10:01 using 135lbs.60lbs for single rep max pullup.A great way to start the week.
10:09 with 165 lbs. still need to work on double unders. and 85 lbs on waited pullups after the workout.
50 Weighted pullups.
95lb max weighted pull up8:33 on wkt,felt sick though so time could be better next time
I got 19 minutes and some change doing 155lbs and single jumps (100 each time). Sorry folks, it does suck to come in last.
135lbs. in 7:36 for the power clean wod.....feel like crap!
