11:38 using 115lbs. Nearly 3 minutes faster than last time which is probably due to only using the rings for the 21 set today, as opposed to all the way through last time.
9:11...with regular dips starting about halfway through the second round. Shoulder was killing me again but regular dips feel fine. Not too happy about this time today. Oh well, next time. KB
