Sectionals Update!
This weekend we had a great trip to Tulsa for the Sectionals. Everyone worked so hard for this moment and put forth great efforts. I am proud of everyone! For final results click HERE!

8:32 using an 85lb dumbbell.
Having now attempted sectional WODs 1 and 2 in the familiar surroundings of the Downtown Y, I have to say respect is due to everyone who competed in the Sectionals.
8:14 with a 90 lb dumbbell and I second DC's comment!
