8 Rounds of:
20 sec on/10 sec off
Incline set to 12, speed for most individuals set to 7.5 mph
(10 burpees for each time you touch the handles or rest during the 20 sec. Speed must remain constant throughout all 8 rounds)
Post total burpees and speed to comments
-Cooldown with 10 min jog and foam roller
