19:55 with 70lbs
felt like crap after. time to get back in shape
got 26 and some change on this one. Pull-ups got tough after a while.it was fun though
23:41 using 50 lb DB. Note to self: go heavier next time.
23:13 25lbs. Really tough today. Ready to get back into a routine.
19:?? with 65 lbs. I was starting to squirm on the pull-ups toward the end though. Good workout.
