holy crap this was over a year ago??I cant make it to crossfit, but I will do it on my own just to see how much better i hope I do.
14:33 roughly 3 mins faster from a year ago. I expected to go a bit faster, but it's all good.
13:23 at home on August 11th. Struggling to make class this week, needed to do something.
