-Please bring water and a towel!
-Try to complete in under 20 min.
-We will warmup with jogging, wall run/climb, and vaulting.

25:53. Substituted lungs for pushups. Can hardly walk now! Great Workout!

20:10, 54 seconds faster than last time. Didn't go chest to floor this time. Great work 11:30 class, especially Mali and Bill who were doing this WOD for the first time.
