FYI: Today at 5:45 I am teaching the spin class. With football season right around the corner, come out and get ready by joining us in the "BIG XII" workout. It will consist of 12(1 minute) sprints, with 2 minutes of recovery in between.

18:51 using 30lb dumbbells for the aqua session.

I'd eaten my energy bars, recovered and was fixing to do fight gone bad at 5:45. But then the boss said something about beer so I find myself at Boomer Jacks instead.
