Active Recovery Session:
1.) Barbell Snatch practice
2.) 5-5-5-5-5 of any exercise for strength (skip any type of clean...hint hint)
3.) Foam Roller (work glutes, rhomboids, hamstrings, IT band, and quads.)

Post what exercise you picked and amount of weight lifted

8 rounds of each:
Push Press (75lb) - 6
Box Jumps - 7
Sumo Deadlift Highpull (75lb) 6
Weighted Pushups (25lb) - 8*
Goblet Squats (55lb) - 7*
Burpees - 4
* Did not go as low as I should have.
