Weighted Tabata Day!
(20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for each exercise):

Push Press
Box Jumps
Sumo Deadlift Highpull

-(5 min rest)-

Weighted Pushups
Goblet Squats
Burpees

Post weight and lowest reps achieved for each exercise.

Push Press weight and SDHP weight is 75 lbs for men / 55 lbs for women.
Pushup weight is a single plate...15, 25, or 45 lb plate.
Goblet Squat weight is a single dumbbell...45-100 lbs.

4 goblet squat (60lbs)
then.......... did a WOD with MITZ!

5 thrusters
7 hang cleans
10 sumo-dead high pull

finished in 9:47... terrible on forearms, try it out!!

Short workout but hard work.
