i hate monday workouts, 4rds 45:++next time on monday i am bringing a beer in my water bottle for afterwards.
4 rds in 39:20 was a good wkt did not have time to complete 5th rd. Good chance to work on kipping form.

Good to sort of be back in the swing of things. Not 100% yet with the shoulder, but getting there.55lb Russian kettle bell. Blue band & 4 rounds @ 41:25?? Never ran further than a mile before, but felt great! Great job 5:45 Class!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did Saturday's rooftop session today at 5pm. 19 minutes was my time...rested and did burpees after each lap. Used 70 lb dumbbells...very very brutal. Feels good to get back into the groove after the injury.KB
