12:11 with 225lbs on the 21 set and 185lbs on the 15 and 9 sets. My progress seems to be going backwards on deadlifts :-(

6:38 was definately a PB but I did substitute for the HSPU. Nice job 11:30.
As rx 5:15, head to floor on all hspu. HSPU were tough after yesterday. Then 50 deadlifts at 225 in 4min followed by ab routine of kte and half get ups in a structured rep cout
6:35 slower than last time....Im getting 4 mins next time!!!!
