Completed both workouts today.

Too bad I am still having trouble counting the rounds I do. :( May bring my abacus next time.

Probably did somewhere between 10-15 at 135 lbs.

13 rounds of 195lbs in 20 minutes. Wanted to go higher but it wasn't happening for me today. Back still a bit tender from Friday and is stiffening up pretty good as I type!

Did the 10->1 KTE / Sit up / Burpees for completion, not timed

14 rounds with 315. I was on the 8th double under of round 15 but hit the pullup bars and messed up. Should have gone outside for that last round of du's. Great job today everyone! Another good turnout.
