15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents

Terrible Terrible Terrible workout.... used 135 on cleans finished in a solid 36 min lol.. not my best. yay for birthday workout tomorrow!!!!!!

on my way home after friday's workout, my bike tire got stuck in an old metal grate and i suffered a separated acromial-clavicular joint from the fall. sucks.
