Aqua Session Today which was AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
5 x Press (each arm, used 16kg kettlebell)
15 x 1/2 get up (used a lighter KB, an 8 or a 10kg)
80m swim

Completed 7 rounds with 25 seconds to spare.

Did Nate and got 14 round of terribleness! I used the black band for my muscle ups which were god awful...

14 rounds of Nate today. 15 a couple of weeks ago but only used 55 lb kb and rings back then. Today was with 70 lb DB and muscle-ups on the bar...crazy brutal after yesterday's deadlifts.
