14 rounds of Nate today. 15 a couple of weeks ago but only used 55 lb kb and rings back then. Today was with 70 lb DB and muscle-ups on the bar...crazy brutal after yesterday's deadlifts. KB

Did Nate and got 14 round of terribleness! I used the black band for my muscle ups which were god awful...
Muscle-ups on the bar, head to floor HSPUs, and 55lbs. on the swings.......
