9:35 using green band and 65lbs.

Gotta take the training wheels off and quit using the green band!

10:01 using 95lbs.

Very pleased, that's an improvement of over 3 minutes since my last time.

5 fun rounds of 10 overhead lunges afterwards using 65lbs for the first round then 75lbs for the remainder.

4:09 fran, felt kind of slow today. Did chin to bar not chest. Then did OH lunges with 95 and 135 and failed at 155

3:50 today. I felt very sluggish as well. Should not have had lunch right before "Fran." Met with pukie afterwards and didn't recover for about 20 min or more. We had a great turn out in classes today. I appreciate the effort put forth by all that attended.

4:15... This was my first "fran" workout. GREAT turnout at lunch, truly an awesome atmosphere.

8:16 about the same as last time. chest to bar this time. Was really hoping to get between 4 & 5 mins. Maybe next time.

17:40 with 65 lbs. and blue band. First time to use prescribed weight (on anything, I think).
