3 rounds at 29:57 using red band and modifying for Muscle Ups. Feel good about graduating from green to red. That workout was tough!

3 rounds and was on my 5th of the 7 rounds of Pullups/Dips. Something around 32 minutes or so. I am just glad to be done with the workout.

Missed aquatic... Mitzi, we will have to do a mile relay together again soon.

Did Muscle-ups on the bar, burpees could have had much higher of a jump, but still got a full hip extention.

Yeah, apparently Mitzi had the bad Kristy for a partner this go 'round. Just a little bit slower than last time so I hear.
