Max rounds in 20 min of:
55 lb DB Hang Power Clean and Press 6 reps
55lb DB Right Arm Waiter Lunge 6 steps
55lb DB Left Arm Waiter Lunge 6 steps
1 Legless Rope Ascent 25'

7 rounds WOW I didn't think this workout was going to be that bad..., but it was! Everyone did Great!

6 rounds with 55lbs. Final rope climb had to rest at 15' marker for a bit...was awful. Great workout though, and it's going into our regular rotation.

5 rounds using 40lb DB. Used legs on rope climb.

5 rds in 18min could not go any more as grip was shot. attemped 65lbs on first rd then shifted to 55 on 2-5th rd. Was brutally awesome. great job godfather
