Makeup Session/Endurance Session

Missed "Fran" this week? Then today is your lucky day! If you have been in three days already, then do the following...

-Practice lifting technique for 15 minutes (any 3 lifts of your choice)

Bike: 2x12 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Run: 2x10min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
C2: 2x7min, Rest 2 min Between intervals

Cover as much distance as possible in each of the 2 intervals.

Did the 2 cleans every min with 185lbs. could have gone with more weight because Kyle told me to do a hook grip. works pretty good. WOWY WOOWY!!!
