Diane in 6:43 using 205lbs. Head did not touch floor on HSPU. Had an "a-ha" moment when I discovered the joys of bouncing the bar at the bottom of the deadlift.
Heavy Diane at 205lbs/ 7:58 was my time I think...not too bad for first day back.
Also did 5 pullups 10 dips and 20 sit-ups 5X. Made up by the Mongoose.

Came back that night for heavy Deadlifts so I would feel better about myself. My back and hams hate me right now.
