Tabata Row or Tabata Run
(20 sec on/10 sec off...8 rounds)
All out max effort

Posts distance and incline/speed if treadmill is used

-Stretching for 15 min.

12:25 using a 20lb ball. 1:45 slower than last time. This time I was doing the WOD on the wall next to the plate stand and I think gravity must be stronger there.
