-This one is from the main site. We have been working on pistols lately, so it's perfect...
-(Use a 1½ pood Kettlebell or 55 pound dumbbell for pistols)

For time:
Run 800 meters
15 left-legged pistols
15 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
12 left-legged pistols
12 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
9 right-legged pistols
9 left legged pistols
25 sit-ups
Run 800 meters

29:12 was a terrible workout, used 35lb kettlebell for pistols. Was rounding back on pistols and depth was not below parallel

Aqua session: One minute for each lap (40m), short rest between each set of 8 laps.
8 x laps legs only
8 x laps arms only
8 x laps regular swim

Then treading water holding a brick. 5 seconds treading then pass the brick to the next person. Repeat until 2 minutes has elapsed.
