Tuesday, October 13, 2009 WOD

On the minute:
Perform 2 Power Cleans on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 2 Power Cleans.
*Use a maximal weight. 80% - 85% of 1 RM
*For every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees during rest time.

Post load and total rounds completed to comments.

140 lbs for the first 3 rounds then up to 145lbs, before 150lbs for the last 2 rounds, No burpees. I guess that means I should have started heavier and my one rep max will improve next time.

Used 205 No Burpees.

Then 6 pull-ups every minute for 15minuets.

Then 15 Power Snatches @135
