14:20 @ 95 lbs. Not sure if my time improved from last time, but my form was much better.

16:46...did the 21s and 15s at 175 and then word out to 155lbs. 54, 54 & 58 w/ 20 burpees on the rowing

11:35 @ 125 lbs.

12:33 using 155lbs and medium box. Form shady on 9 set of squats. Moving very slowly now. That'll teach me to take 4 days off.

8 and change @ 95 front squat and step ups.

53-54-52 row 5 burpees and a bunch of situps.

11:22 Had to clean weight, as weight rack occupied. New PR on Clean (95lbs). Thanks Ash for helping me get set up on the squats! Also, I was able to jump on the small box for the first time! It's the little things that matter! Great workout 5:45 class!
