Team Workout at the hill!
Complete the following for time as a group (3 people per group):
300 Box Jumps
300 Elevated Pushups
300 Squats
8x Run down then back up the Radioshack hill
-while one person is performing an exercise, the other two are resting. The run must be completed as a team each time.

Torture sessions will now take place in Room 1. If you do not know where that is please ask someone at the front desk. We really appreciate your patience during this time. Our new CrossFit facility is going to be amazing. Look forward to 30ft of pullup bars, more ropes, more rings, more rowing, and more torture. I will be posting pictures soon of the construction.
New unlimited monthly rate is $75 !
This is a really good deal so look forward to seeing some new faces.

National Fight Gone Bad!
-In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We've used this in 3 and 5 round versions.
As RX'd:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

August 2, 2008 9:00am Outdoor Session
There is no 11:00am session today.
However, I will be at North Hi Mount Elementary School for a workout at 9:00am for anyone that is interested. There is no charge for the session and you are welcome to bring friends and family. We will probably go for about an hour. We will be doing some obstacle course work and parkour training. I am not posting the workout. You will have to wait and see.

3 Weighted Pull-ups (45 lbs) (Weight will be modified accordingly)
5 Strict Pullups
7 Kipping Pullups
"For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set. "
